We recently purchased an acreage with a dock at Beaver Lake with Donna. Initially we were a backup offer but along with her encouragement, we hung in there and eventually we became the primary buyers. It turned out to be a complicated purchase with contingencies on a dock relocation. Donna help coordinate surveys by the Corps and soon we were able to close on our property by the planned closing date. This was all done remotely, as we live 3.5hrs from the lake.
